Tunnel Park

As our first act to become locals, Klaron and I hit "the beach." Being from California, a Michigan beach is different than what we are used to, but because Lake Michigan is so gargantuous, we really felt like we were at "the beach." Tunnel Park, is named so because to get to the waterfront you walk through a rather large tunnel. With my sand slippers from Surf and Sea and armed with our camera, as all tourists are, as well as a frisbee for entertainment we walked through the tunnel and came upon the most gorgeous sight, THE BEACH. Oh how I have missed it. Klaron and I had a great time squigging our toes in the sand, and people watching. Klaron tried to teach me the art of frisbee throwing. The secret is in the SNAP. Klaron was a very happy sport in fetching my attemps to perfect my SNAP with the frisbee.

THE BEACH

Perfecting my SNAP of the wrist. Look at my baby bump.

Klaron, after chasing all the frisbees, relaxing on the sand.

Fashion Diva

Today I entered the realm of mother to be. After my normal pants started to seem a little "tighter" and trying all the tricks of rubberbands around the button and safety pins in attempts to squeeze myself into them, I decided it was time to invest in a pair of Tomorrow's Mothers. WAIST BAND and the whole works. They are actually very cute and comfortable. I might even keep wearing them after this little gummy bear is born. Oh babies. They make fashion divas of us all.
